How do I access the platform?
Visit app.actuallygoodideas.com and sign in with your credentials. If you haven't received an invite yet, use the contact form below and we'll get you set up.
What browsers and devices are supported?
The AGI platform works best on modern browsers — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. It's fully responsive and accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Can I invite team members?
Yes. Within the platform, navigate to your account settings to invite colleagues by email. Team invites allow collaborators to view assessments, contribute to pilots, and track progress together.
How is our data kept private and secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share or sell your data. Your assessment responses and pilot details are only visible to your team. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I export or download my results?
Assessment results and scorecard outputs can be downloaded directly from the platform dashboard. Use the export button on any report page, or use our free Scorecard tool at /scorecard for a quick CSV download.
