AI decisions require confidence
The structured platform that tells you exactly where your organization stands with AI — and what to do next.
Built for structured AI adoption
Your competitors are adopting AI. You're still debating where to start.
Most organizations know AI matters. Few have a structured way to measure where they stand, decide where to invest, and prove it's working.
No way to measure readiness
Your board asks "how ready are we for AI?" and you don't have a number. You have a feeling.
Scattered, uncoordinated experiments
Three teams bought three different AI tools. Nobody knows what's working. Nothing scales.
Teams that can't use what you've bought
You've invested in AI tools. Usage is 12%. The problem isn't the tools — it's the skills.
Pilots without guardrails
Pilots launch, run for 90 days, and nobody can say whether to scale them or kill them.
“In order to capture the opportunity with AI, you really have to be willing to rewire your company. If you’re not significantly changing the way you operate, then you’re not reinventing, and you’re not going to capture the value.”
Julie Sweet
CEO, Accenture
Three phases. One platform. Real clarity.
AGI meets your organization where it is and moves it forward with structure, not guesswork.
Assess & Discover
Get a scored baseline of your AI readiness in 15 minutes. Then go deeper with voice-based discovery interviews that surface what surveys miss — real sentiment, hidden opportunities, and honest concerns.
Analyze & Decide
See exactly where AI creates the most value in your workflows. Your team builds the skills to act on it — with gamified training that sticks, not a slide deck that doesn't.
Pilot & Scale
Run AI pilots with built-in governance so you always know: scale it, iterate it, or stop it. No more 90-day experiments that end with a shrug.
Six tools that replace guesswork with a system
Each one solves a specific problem in your AI adoption journey. Together, they're the operating system for organizational AI.
AI Adoption Assessment
Know exactly where you stand — with a number, not an opinion.
Score your organization across 8 weighted dimensions and 14 function-specific modules. Get a clear L0–L4 maturity level that your board can understand and your teams can act on.
Discovery Interviews
Hear what your people actually think — not what they write in surveys.
AI-powered voice interviews with real-time transcription generate intelligent follow-ups automatically. Surface sentiment, opportunities, and concerns across 5 categories.
Prompt Trainer
Turn your team from AI-curious to AI-capable in weeks, not quarters.
Gamified learning with XP progression, daily challenges, and 100+ function-specific prompt templates. Practical skills that your team will actually use on Monday morning.
Decision-Centric AI Map™
Stop asking "where should we use AI?" and start seeing it.
Interactive workflow mapping that identifies and scores AI opportunities across 6 lanes and 5 process phases. Walk through an 8-step discovery wizard and get a scored opportunity map.
Pilot Management
Run pilots that end with a decision — not a shrug.
Multi-phase governance with checkpoint tracking, reviewer workflows, evidence collection, and quorum-based recommendations: scale it, iterate it, or stop it.
Insights & Analytics
One dashboard for everything happening with AI in your org.
Aggregate survey and interview data into radar charts, function comparisons, and maturity distributions. AI-powered theme extraction from interviews. Privacy-protected CSV exports.
Your AI readiness, scored and benchmarked
The AI Adoption Index produces a clear maturity level across 8 weighted dimensions. You get a number your board can track and your teams can improve.
Initial
No systematic AI adoption. Individual curiosity only.
Exploring
Individual experimentation. Awareness without coordination.
Piloting
Team-level pilots with repeatable patterns emerging.
Scaling
Function-wide standards. Cross-team coordination.
Optimizing
Enterprise-scale AI with measurable business impact.
Measured across 8 dimensions
Each dimension is weighted by its impact on successful AI adoption. The heavier weights reflect where organizations most often stall.
Built for the people making AI decisions
Whether you need a baseline, a business case, or a way to build skills at scale.
“I need to know where we actually stand.”
Get a scored, quantitative baseline of your organization's AI maturity across every function. Replace gut feel with a number the board can track quarter over quarter.

Frequently asked
How long does the assessment take?
About 15 minutes per person. You'll get an instant maturity score (L0–L4) across 8 dimensions as soon as your first responses come in.
What's the difference between AGI and a consulting engagement?
AGI is a platform, not a project. Your team runs assessments, builds skills, and manages pilots themselves. You keep the data and the process — there's no deliverable that expires.
Is our data private?
Yes. Individual responses are anonymized with salted hashes. Aggregated reporting requires a minimum of 20 responses to protect privacy. You own your data and can export it anytime.
Do we need to install anything?
No. AGI is a web-based platform. Your team logs in with a company access code and passwordless email authentication. No IT tickets required.
How does the AI Adoption Index scoring work?
Your Core Maturity Score (CMS) is a weighted average of 8 dimensions. Combined with Utilization Score and Function Module Scores, it produces a comprehensive Function AI Index (FAI) — one number that captures your organization's AI adoption.
What about the name — "AGI" means something else in AI, right?
We get that a lot. AGI stands for Actually Good Ideas — because what most organizations need isn't artificial general intelligence. It's actually good ideas about how to adopt the AI that already exists.
Stop guessing.

Find out where your organization stands on the AI adoption spectrum. Your first assessment takes 15 minutes and produces an instant maturity score.
